The Tennis Indoor Stadium in Senayan roared with excitement on Saturday night, February 22, as thousands of fans gathered for Video Game Concert Volume II, presented by TipTip and East Ventures. Under the direction of maestro Addie MS and the sweeping sounds of Twilite Orchestra, the audience was immersed in a symphonic journey through the world of video game music. The concert closed with a standing ovation and thunderous applause from 3,000 attendees after two encore performances, wrapping up a night that was grand, emotional, and utterly mesmerizing.
From the epic melodies of Final Fantasy to the pulse-pounding rhythms of DOTA 2, the concert delivered a full sensory experience. The stage design, lighting, and acoustics were nothing short of spectacular. A special collaboration with K-Pop group Kandis added even more energy to the evening, blending two musical worlds into one harmonious celebration.
“Seeing the audience’s enthusiasm moved me deeply. It was truly a night of wonder,” said Addie MS, composer and conductor of Twilite Orchestra. “We wanted to create an unforgettable experience, and I hope everyone felt that tonight.”

K-Pop Meets Gaming: Kandis Electrifies the Stage
Addie MS and Twilite Orchestra performed majestic arrangements of iconic video game scores, while Kandis opened the show with a graceful, stylish, and energetic performance. The concert proved that music is a universal language that bridges communities. Addie MS shone as a gracious host, guiding a lineup brimming with talent.
Members of Kandis—Hello, Nine, Venny, and Looky—shared their excitement about the collaboration. “It was an incredible night. We feel honored, thrilled, and grateful for the chance to perform at this concert,” they said. They also expressed admiration for Addie MS and Twilite Orchestra and joy at connecting with Indonesian fans and forming new friendships.
The South Korean vocal group Kandis captivated the audience with five powerful renditions: “Legends Never Die” from League of Legends, “Kiss Me Goodbye” from Final Fantasy XII, “Weight of the World” from NieR: Automata, “Simple and Clean” from Kingdom Hearts, and “One” from RF Online.
Family Spotlight: Kevin & Tristan’s Piano Duet
Sibling pianists Kevin Aprilio and Tristan Juliano surprised the crowd with a duet on one piano, performing “Pokemon Trainer Battle.” Kevin then delivered a stunning solo of the complex “Tatakau Monotachi” from Final Fantasy VII. Vocalist Meutia Amanda enchanted the audience with “Melodies of Life” from Final Fantasy IX and “The Edge of Dawn (Season of Warfare)” from Fire Emblem: Three Houses. Evelyn Wijaya drew admiration with her rendition of “Snake Eater” from Metal Gear Solid 3, while singer and violinist Danu Kusuma delivered a heartfelt performance of “Baka Mitai” from Yakuza 5.
To close the night, Addie MS granted the audience’s encore request with “Chocobo Theme” from Final Fantasy and the much-anticipated “One-Winged Angel” from Final Fantasy VII—played not once, but twice. The concert ended on a high note, leaving attendees with awe and sweet memories of nostalgia.
The performance featured 70 orchestra musicians and 250 choir singers from Twilite Chorus, PSM UIN Syarif Hidayatullah, Gita Swara Jaya Choir, PSM Universitas Mercu Buana, PSM Uhamka, and Perbanas Institute Choir.
